Man stabbed at White Oaks Lodge in Hampton

Hampton, Va. – Hampton police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect in a stabbing at the White Oaks Lodge on Kecoughtan Road Saturday afternoon.

Officers received a call about the stabbing at 1:34 pm. When they arrived, they found a 33-year-old Hampton man suffering from several stab wounds.

He was transported to a local hospital where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.

The investigation revealed that the victim was inside when a fight broke out between him and the unknown suspect. During the altercation, the victim was stabbed and the suspect fled the scene before police arrived.

There is no suspect description at this time and police continue to investigate motive and circumstances surrounding the incident.
