Norfolk, Va. – Norfolk Police are investigating after the body of a woman was found in a lake.
Police say the woman has been identified as 81-year-old Delcina Owens, who has been missing since New Year’s Day.
Police found her body the 5400 block of Barnhollow Circle around 11:30 a.m.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death.
No further information has been released at this time.
