Newport News, Va.-Police were called to the 900 block of Forest Lake Circle and found a 38 year old man lying in the grass after being shot several times in the legs.
Emergency operations received a call around 7:30 p.m. Friday. The victim and another male were in an argument that turned physical. During the argument the victim was shot and hit in the head with a hoverboard.
The victim was transported to the hospital where his condition is unknown at this time.
