Police investigating vodka thefts at Virginia Beach ABC store

Virginia Beach, Va. – Virginia Beach Police are investigating two incidents where bottles of vodka were stolen from the ABC store at 405 30th Street.

The first theft occurred on November 10th at approximately 5:15 p.m. Police say a man entered the store, concealed two bottles of vodka in his pants and left without paying.

The second theft occurred on December 22nd at approximately 10:08 a.m. Again, police say a man entered the store, concealed a 1.5 gallon bottle of vodka in his pants and left without paying.

It is believed to be the same man in both incidents.

The man is described as being in his mid-50s, approximately 6′ to 6’2″ tall and approximately 220-230 pounds.
