NORFOLK, Va. – Emergency crews are investigating a car that went into the water on Saturday afternoon.
A call came in at 5:27pm for a vehicle accident.
Dispatchers tell News Channel 3 a car went into water on Llewellyn Avenue and Delaware Avenue.
They say the person inside was able to make it out of the car, but no word on their condition or what caused the crash.
Medics responded to the scene.
