Chesapeake, Va. – A man is dead after an accident on Blackwater Road and Margaret Drive.
Calls came in at 2:45 p.m.
This occurred in the 1200 block of Blackwater Road.
The driver may have suffered a medical emergency officials say.
Police say callers told them that the vehicle ran off the road and into a ditch.
