Mathews County, Va. – Mathews High School will reopen on Thursday, according to Superintendent Nancy B. Welch.
The high school was cancelled on Wednesday because of a heating issue. All other Mathews County schools were open.
The superintendent says contractors came to the school and fixed the problem on Wednesday.
