Norfolk, Va. - Norfolk Police are trying to find a man wanted for two probation violations and failure to comply with support obligation.

They're looking for Darrell Deshawn Vines, 42, of Norfolk.

According to police, one of the probation violations is in connection to a charge from 2009 for taking indecent liberties.  The victim was a 10-year-old girl.

"If he's willing to do this with a juvenile, then he's willing to do pretty much anything, so we need to put him in jail as quickly as possible," said Officer Daniel Hudson with Norfolk Police.

The other violation is for a drug charge from 2009 - distribute or possess with the intent to distribute marijuana.

He's facing a lot of time if found guilty of violating his probation.

"He's looking at 20 years right now, so he doesn't want to be found, but we can find him.  We just need the public's help," said Hudson.  "Somebody knows where he's at and somebody can call us and give us that location.  They don't have to tell us who they are.  They don't even have to tell us where they are.  We just need to know where he's at and they can get paid."

If you know where Vines is, there are three ways you can submit a tip anonymously and potentially get a cash reward.
