Dominic’s Storm Team Forecast: Tracking icy roads, warmer temps and more rain and sleet

Posted

Tracking icy roads, warmer temps, and more rain and sleet….If you’ve been waiting for some warmer temperatures, then get ready. We’re tracking highs in the 50s and possibly the 60s this week. But for Monday, there will be some slick spots on the roads and bridges in the morning as temperatures start the day in the upper teens and lower 20s. Otherwise, as we move through our Monday, we’re going to warm up. High temperatures will rise into the mid and upper 40s under mostly sunny skies. By Tuesday, highs will climb into the mid and upper 50s! Some areas might be lucky enough to touch 60. We’ll see a few more clouds on Tuesday as a cold front moves in from the west.  A few showers are also possible, mainly in the evening. Higher rain chances move in by Wednesday and some sleet could even mix in, too. High temperatures will be in the low and mid 40s.  Some of us could see rain on Thursday with highs in the lower 40s. We’ll be back in the 50s next weekend.

Tonight: Clear and Cold. Low temperatures in the upper teens and lower 20s. Winds: W 5-10 mph.

Monday: Mostly Sunny and Cool. High temperatures in the mid and upper 40s. Winds: SW 5-10 mph.

Tuesday: Partly Cloudy. Chance of PM Showers (30%). Warmer. High temperatures in the mid and upper 50s. Winds: S 10-15 mph.
