Norfolk, Va. – Police need your help identifying a man who police say burglarized Chen’s Kitchen around 2 a.m. on 3538 Tidewater Drive.
Police say surveillance video shows the man breaking into the restaurant by smashing out a glass window and stealing money before he left the restaurant.
