Virginia Beach, Va. – Virginia Beach Police have resolved a barricade situation in the 1800 block of Ewing Place.
Around 8 a.m., members of the Virginia Beach Police Warrant Squad attempted to serve non-violent felony warrants on a wanted person.
When detectives arrived, they learned two people were inside of the home. One of the subjects left the house and was taken into custody for outstanding warrants from another jurisdiction.
Detectives were told the initial wanted person, Kevin Mark Hall, was still inside of the home. Hall refused to come out of the residence, so Virginia Beach Special Weapons and Tactics Unit were called to assist police.
Hall was arrested for two counts of grand larceny, obtaining money by false pretense and conspiracy to commit felony.
