Norfolk, Va. – Two adults and eight children have been displaced after the second level floor collapsed in their home on Hale Street.
The American Red Cross provided assistant to the family.
Caseworkers are working with the family to help them with their recovery plan.
No information about the cause of the collapse has been released at this time.
