Dare County, NC – Four people are facing charges after they were busted on drug charges in Dare County over the weekend.
The first incident happened on January 29, 2016 when the Dare County Narcotics Task force executed a warrant at a home on Newbern Stree in Kill Devil Hills.
They suspected cocaine was being sold out of the residence.
When they arrived, they found cocaine that was bagged, ready to be distributed.
They arrested 28-year-old Byron Jeron Liverman. He has been charged with possession with the intent to sell/deliver cocaine, maintaining a dwelling, and failure to pay child support.
Three other people, two teenage girls and a man, were also arrested after they were caught allegedly speeding in Manteo.
An officer was on the east side of the Virginia Dare Bridge on January 31, 2016 when he saw a vehicle speed by him.
The deputy pulled the car over and Manteo Police deployed a K-9.
After a search, officers found marijuana, heroin, and Xanax inside.
The two teens were ages 16 and 17 and Zachary Matthew Eubanks, 19, was also arrested.
Eubanks was charged with trafficking heroin, possession with the intent to sell/deliver marijuana and possession of a schedule IV controlled substance.
The two teens were charged with trafficking heroin, possession of marijuana up to a half ounce, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
