Frederick County, Va. – A tractor-trailer loaded with 33 cattle ran off the left side while traveling north on I-81 and overturned in the median.

The male driver was treated at the scene for injuries and charged with reckless driving.

Six cattle escaped from the damaged trailer. A few are still being rounded up by troopers. Six cattle did not survive the crash.
