Va. Beach Schools to operate on 2-hour delay for presidential primary

Posted

Virginia Beach, Va. – Virginia Beach Schools will have a two-hour delay due to the presidential primary on March 1.

More than 40 Virginia Beach Public Schools are being used as polling places for the Super Tuesday primaries.  Schools say they are expecting a large voter turnout, which will cause traffic volume.

Schools buses will pick up students two hours later than their regular daily schedule.

Employees are asked to report to work at their normal time.
