Three wanted after shooting and attempted robbery in Hampton

Hampton, Va. – Police are looking for three people wanted to connection with a Wednesday night shooting.

Police were called to the 700 block of Milton Drive on a report of shots fired around 8:25 p.m.

Upon arrival, police officers located two 18-year-old Hampton males. One was of them was suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

According to police investigation, the two victims were walking when they were approached by a black SUV.  Three unknown suspects got out of the vehicle, displayed firearms and demanded the victims’ property.  One of the suspects fired his weapon, striking one victim.  The suspects then got back into the SUV and headed toward Roberta Drive. They did not get away with any property from the victims.

The first suspect is described as a black male, 18-20 years old, 5’5-5’6 tall and about 150 pounds.

The second suspect is described as a black male, 18-20 years old, 5’5-5’6 tall, about 160 pounds, with shoulder length dreadlocks.

The third suspect is described as a black male, 16-18 years old, 5’3-5’4 tall with a stocky build.

All three suspects were wearing dark clothing.
