Norfolk, Va. – The Midtown Tunnel will be closed Sunday night.
The closure will take place from 6 p.m. on Sunday until 5 a.m. on Monday.
Crews will be installing a pedestrian bridge.
Drivers are advised to use the I-264 Downtown Tunnel instead.
