James City County, Va. – Police are looking for a 20-year-old man with numerous outstanding felony warrants.
Andre Jovan Payne, 20, is wanted for abduction, robbery, use of firearm in commission of a felony and conspiracy to commit robbery.
Payne is 5’6”, 160 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.
His last known address is on Crescent Way in Newport News.
