Norfolk, Va. - Police say a man died after being shot several times in the 800 block of Fremont Street around 4:30 a.m. Thursday.
When police arrived on scene, they found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Police identified the man as 28-year-old Phillip Spell from Richmond, Virginia.
He was taken Sentara Norfolk General Hospital where he died from his injuries.
