Norfolk, Va. – Rep. Bobby Scott (VA-03) visited Richard Bowling Elementary to celebrate National School Breakfast Week Friday.
Scott is a member of the House Committee on Education and the Workforce that is tasked with making sure all children have an equal shot at success.
During Scott’s visit he highlighted the importance of maintaining strong school nutrition standards and increasing access to healthy meals.
