Newport News, Va – An Armed Robbery occurred Saturday afternoon at the Skipper’s Mart located in the 13600 block of Warwick Boulevard.
The call came in just before 12:30p.m.
Officials say the clerk knew the man that robbed him, and that he also gave the money back.
No one was injured at the scene.
Newport News officials are also saying that the man may possibly be homeless.
The situation is currently under investigation.
