Norfolk, Va. - The Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce presented the Norfolk State of the City Address Friday afternoon.
It was Mayor Paul Fraim's final State of the City Address. Fraim announced last year that he did not plan to seek re-election in 2016.
Before Mayor Fraim spoke, a video was played for attendees that highlighted growth and successes for the City of Norfolk.
During the speech, Fraim spoke about new business and residential developments in the city, as well as initiatives and quality of life improvements.
The Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce reports the event was sold out.
