Chesapeake, Va.- A man is fighting for his life after he drove into the back of a Pepsi truck in Chesapeake on Wednesday morning.
Police responded to the scene at 12:10 a.m. on Route 58 and Biscoe.
They say a Pepsi delivery truck was parked on the side of the road at the Kangaroo Gas Station when a 48-year-old man driving another vehicle slammed into the back of the truck.
The driver of the vehicle was taken to Sentara Norfolk General for what appeared to be life-threatening injuries.
Police believe alcohol may have been a factor but this case is still under investigation.
The delivery truck driver was not injured.
