Norfolk, Va. - A 43-year-old man charged with 10 counts of Possession of Child Pornography appeared in court Monday for a scheduled bond hearing.
Roscoe Duane Craft II was arrested in January after an investigation by Hampton Police.
According to the Hampton Police Department, the investigation began after they received a sexual offense report on November 17, 2015.
Court documents show police searched Craft's electronics and storage devices in December. He was arrested and charged with 10 counts of possession of child pornography in January.
Craft has remained in custody at the Hampton City Jail since his arrest. He chose to waive his bond hearing on Monday. Outside of court Craft's soon-to-be ex-wife, Jeannine, spoke to Newschannel 3 exclusively.
"I'm very happy that his bond hearing was withdrawn and that he won't be walking the streets," she said. "That's a bad, bad thing. You don't touch children, you don't look at them in a certain way and as long as he's in there he can't do it."
Craft is next scheduled to appear in front of the Grand Jury on April 4.
