Gloucester County, Va. – A 20-year-old Hayes man was arrested Sunday night after reportedly attacking two other people.
The Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Shell gas station at 2347 George Washington Memorial Highway around 10:30 p.m. after receiving reports of two people in the parking lot who were bleeding.
Deputies found the two victims, who told deputies they had been attacked and stabbed by a man named Chandler Richardson during an altercation at a home on Perrin Creek Road.
Both victims were transported to regional medical facilities for treatment.
The suspect, 20-year-old Chandler Richardson, was found at his residence in the 2300 block of Perrin Creek Road.
Investigators from the Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office obtained a warrant and searched the scene.
Richardson was arrested and charged with two counts of Malicious Wounding. He is being held with no bond.
The GCSO says the investigation is ongoing.
