Henrico, Va. – A 22-year-old Virginia man is behind bars after police say he shot his parents to death.
Henrico Police say they found Martha B. Brissette, 56, and her husband Henry J. Brissette, III, 59, shot to death in the 8300 block of Forge Road, according to WTVR.com.
Authorities were alerted to a suspicious situation at around 9:34 p.m. on Sunday.
The couple’s son, William Roy Brissette has been charged with two counts of second-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
He is currently in the Henrico Jail.
Martha Brissette, who was a lawyer, previously served in the Virginia office of the Attorney General. She was currently working as a policy analyst for the State Board of Elections.
