Newport News, Va. - Newport News Police are looking for a man who robbed a 7-Eleven at 11500 Jefferson Avenue on Tuesday around 3:50 a.m.
Police say an unknown white male entered the store and lifted his shirt to reveal a black semi-automatic handgun. He then demanded all the money from the register.
After taking cash from the drawer, the man ran from the business.
He is described as a white male, 5'5" - 5'8", 160-190 pounds, wearing a gray sweatshirt, blue collared shirt, blue jeans with holes, brown work boots, and a gray cloth covering his face. His hands were heavily covered in automotive grease and he spoke with a "country" accent.
