Norfolk, Va. - Police are investigating hit and run on Chesapeake Boulevard near Johnstons Road, according to Norfolk Fire-Rescue.
It happened Friday evening.
Norfolk Fire-Rescue says two people were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
