PORTSMOUTH, Va. – A bicyclist is now recovering after he was hit by a vehicle in Portsmouth on Sunday.
This happened at around 2 p.m. in the 2000 block of Frederick Boulevard.
He was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
There’s no word on if charges will be filed against the driver.
