PORTSMOUTH, Va. - The Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce presented the Portsmouth State of the City on Wednesday at the Renaissance Portsmouth-Norfolk Waterfront Hotel.
Portsmouth Mayor Kenny Wright spoke about business development initiatives, strategic municipal progress updates, as well as challenges and opportunities and the City’s future.
The Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce presented Virginia Beach's State of the City address back in February.
