NORTH CAROLINA – The driver of a street sweeper has died following a collision with a tractor-trailer truck.
A call came in on Wednesday just before 1:30 p.m. about the wreck, which happened just south of Elizabeth City.
The street sweeper was travelling northbound when it drove across the center line and was hit by the tractor-trailer.
The driver of the tractor-trailer will not be charged.
