James City County, Va. – A Georgia man has been arrested after police say he inappropriately touched two children in James City County.
According to the Virginia Gazette, 35-year-old James Ronald Baughn is accused of touching two children in September and October of 2015.
They say it happened at a home near Jamestown Road.
Officials say Baughn knew the victims and and when the crimes were committed, he frequently visited James City County.
He has been charged with object sexual penetration, aggravated sexual battery of a victim under 13 years old and simple assault and battery.
