SUFFOLK, Va. – Police are investigating how a car ran into a house in the 100 block of Mahan Street.
Emergency officials received the call just after 1:33 p.m. Saturday.
A Lexus sedan was traveling down Church Street, ran a stop sign and kept traveling straight, leaving the roadway and striking the front porch area of a two story house.
The sedan was occupied by two adult males.
Officials said the driver was rushed to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with injuries that are unknown at this time.
The passenger was not injured.
Investigators are still looking for what caused the accident.
