Norfolk Police investigating after 15-year-old boy shot

NORFOLK, Va. – Norfolk Police are investigating after a 15-year-old boy was shot in Norfolk on Tuesday evening.

Dispatch received a call at 6:30 p.m. about a gunshot victim in the 900 block of Pollard Street.

The victim, a 15-year-old boy, arrived via personal transportation, to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for treatment of a non-life threatening gunshot wound.

Police say the he was shot by an unknown suspect. The investigation remains ongoing.
