NORFOLK, Va. – Norfolk Police say a man was taken into custody after a reported domestic assault early Wednesday morning.
According to dispatchers, the call came in just after 3 a.m.
Police and medics were called to Jernigan Avenue for reports of a stabbing.
A woman told police that her husband had physically assaulted her. She refused to be treated by medics.
The husband was taken into custody without incident.
