Police identify man killed in Hampton apartment complex shooting

HAMPTON, Va. - A shooting at Bridgeport Apartments has left one man dead and two others injured.

According to police dispatch, the call came in at 7:42 p.m. on Monday.

Officers responded to a home in the 100 block of Golden Gate Drive and found a man unresponsive with a gunshot wound. The victim was taken to the hospital, where he later died.

He has been identified as 20-year-old Raheem O'Qwan Johnson.

Police discovered another man and one woman were suffering from non-life threatening gunshot wounds and were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.

Police are still investigating the incident and say they have no information on a suspect at this time.
