PORTSMOUTH, Va. – I-264 westbound at Frederick Boulevard in Portsmouth reopened around 7:45 a.m.
The lanes had been blocked for about an hour after a multi-vehicle crash involving an overturned vehicle.
Dispatchers reported that there were no injuries in the crash.
