HERTFORD COUNTY, N.C. — The Hertford County’s Sheriff Department has arrested and charged DeAngelo Smallwood for the First Degree Murder of DaMarco Duncan.
Duncan was killed at Sandy Shores Night Club in the early morning hours of December 5th, 2015.
Smallwood is currently being held at the Hertford County Detention Facility.
He is being held under a $750,000 bond for unrelated charges.
The investigation is still ongoing.
