SAN DIEGO, Calif. - She works out six days a week. She's won every body building contest she's entered. And she's often mistaken as someone who is decades younger.
She is Adeline Williams, and she's a 74-year-old bodybuilder.
Williams began her journey in fitness after she beat breast cancer. Her trainer, Ricky Lee Bryant, saw an opportunity for her.
"If you see talent in a person, you keep pushing. You keep pushing it," he said.
He should know -- he is a two-time Natural Universe champion.
Williams gets up at 4:30 every morning to be at the gym. She has also changed her lifestyle.
"I don't eat bread, crackers, chips," she said.
It's worked quite well. She has won every bodybuilding contest she has entered and has nine trophies to her name.
In addition to working out regularly, she lost 20 pounds by eating smaller meals more often, instead of eating three large meals a day.
