Marcus Allen – charged with aggravated sexual battery and indecent liberties with a child under age 15
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Marcus Allen was arrested on sex offense charges Friday in connection to three cases involving juveniles.
Allen, 57, is charged with two counts of aggravated sexual battery, taking indecent liberties with a child under the age of 15 and object sexual penetration.
According to police, the incidents all occurred between 2010 and 2013 and in all three cases Allen knew the victims.
He is being held in Virginia Beach City Jail.
