HAMPTON, Va. – A crash on Big Bethel Road has left a man with serious injuries.
The call came in on Wednesday at around 5:20 p.m.
Police say a man was driving a gold 2004 Chevrolet four-door sedan southbound on Big Bethel Road when he lost control and ran off the roadway. The car flipped over and landed in the 1200 block of Big Bethel Road.
Hampton Fire and Rescue cut the man out of the car and transported him to a local hospital.
The 60-year-old Yorktown man was upgraded to stable but serious condition on Thursday afternoon.
There were no other people in the car and no other vehicles were involved in the crash.
The crash is under investigation.
