VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Police are investigating a home invasion on Jamestowne Drive in the Stony Brook neighborhood.
It happened just before midnight on Tuesday. Police said no more information could be released because the investigation is on-going.
Reports from dispatch indicate the victim told police three masked men kicked down the door of the home. The man reported being hit in the face with a gun. Police could not confirm those details on Wednesday.
"It concerns me," said Mark Fout, who's lived nearby for nearly 30 years. Fout is thinking about moving away from the neighborhood. "I carry my gun at night when I walk my dog. That's how bad it is."
