Norfolk, Va. – The U.S. Navy released names on Friday of more than 20,000 Sailors selected for advancement to E-4, E-5, and E-6 during the 2016 spring advancement cycle.
The total advancement number includes 16,550 Active Duty Sailors, 2,642 Reserve Sailors, and 618 Full Time Support (FTS) Sailors.
