NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – The Mariners’ Museum is running a scavenger hunt contest from June 10 until July 29 called Find the Boat. The grand prize is a week-long Carnival Cruise. There will be both weekly prizes and three grand prizes which will be selected at the end of the contest.
In order to partake in the contest, individuals must decipher clues which will lead them to a boat the museum currently displays. Then they have to take a photo (or selfie) with the boat and post it on social media with the hashtag #findtheboat.
