Williams served as Miss HU 2010-2011, and, in 2011, was featured in Ebony magazine as one of 10 Historically Black College or University Campus Queens.

Williams is the fourth African-American to serve as Miss Virginia.

This year, the Miss USA organization created a fan vote initiative to help contestants secure a spot in the Top 15.

Williams moved on to the Top 10 but was not selected to move on to the Top 5.

We are so proud of our Miss Virginia!
