Newport News, Va. – One man was shot in Newport News on 21st Street Sunday evening.
Police say an 18 year-old man was found shot just before 7 p.m. near the 800 block of 21st Street. He was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The victim was sitting on a porch when police say two suspects came from behind the residence and shot at the man.
According to investigators, the victim is not cooperating with their investigation. They were able to get a description of the vehicle that the two suspects were reportedly driving in, which is described as a maroon Toyota Corolla.
