CHESAPEAKE, Va. - Chesapeake Police are investigating a homicide that happened Tuesday evening.
Police responded to a shots fired call at 9:37 p.m. in the 2500 block of Stowe Street.
When officers arrived, they found a man who appeared to have been shot to death. He has been identified as 55-year-old Rickie Williams.
There is no suspect information at this time. Police continue to investigate.
