VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Police have indicted the man who is accused of shooting a pharmacy technician during a robbery attempt at a Virginia Beach Rite-Aid.
The man was identified as 24-year-old Dontario Andre Johnson of Norfolk.
Johnson was indicted on charges of Malicious Wounding, Attempted Robbery, two counts of Use of Firearm , and Possession of Firearm by a Convicted Felon (Non-Violent).
