CLEVELAND, Ohio. – Kevin Love did not complete the NBA concussion protocol, ending his chances of playing in Game 3 of the NBA Finals Wednesday night. The Cleveland Cavaliers forward suffered a concussion in Game 2, and lobbied to be cleared for Game 3 but was unsuccessful.
Love took part in the teams morning shootaround, and his status was upgraded to questionable. The Cavs later sent a press release out stating that Love will be out for Game 3 and his status for Game 4 has not been determined.
