HAMPTON, Va. – Police are seeking the public’s assistance about a shooting in the 400 block of Marion Road.
The police responded around 9:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
A 28-year-old Hampton man, was in a verbal altercation with a known individual. Once the victim and the suspect separated, the victim began walking back towards his residence when the suspect displayed a firearm and shot him one time.
The victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
